1. Operator and scope
Creatively Livy Scheduler (the “App”) is operated by Creatively Livy, using the Creatively Livy brand, in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It is a planning tool for invited users. There is currently no public registration.

2. Information and purposes
Account information. To sign in, you give your email address. It is used to send one-time sign-in links and to keep your plans tied to your account. Accounts use the same sign-in system as other Creatively Livy tools.
Planning records. The App stores the titles, descriptions, alt text, image URLs, destination URLs, board names, planned times, approval status and publication status that you enter, together with when each record was created and last changed. These records support drafting and planning. Image URLs are stored as text and are not fetched by the App.
The App does not currently connect to the Pinterest API, collect Pinterest passwords or tokens, fetch boards or metrics, or publish Pins. There are no built-in AI generation, advertising or analytics integrations. You can export approved content for a separate publishing tool. A custom in-browser connector, if you add one, receives selected approved content only when you explicitly send it. Review its own data handling before use.
3. Hosting and providers
The App's pages are served by a static web hosting provider (Netlify). Signed-in planning records and account information are stored by our database and authentication provider (Supabase) in its Canada (Central) region, and Supabase sends the sign-in emails. These providers may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, request times and sign-in events) under their own policies for security and operation. The App does not load remote images or third-party scripts.
If you use the App without signing in (for example, an older copy that runs only in the browser), planning records stay in that browser's local storage and are not sent to us.
4. Storage and retention
Planning records are kept until you delete them or ask us to delete your account. Deleted records may remain in provider backups for a limited period before being overwritten. Exported JSON files are controlled by you. Provider logs are retained under the providers' own policies.
5. Cookies and tracking
The App keeps your sign-in session in your browser's local storage so you stay signed in. It sets no advertising or analytics cookies and includes no tracking pixels or analytics scripts.
6. Security and disclosures
Access to planning records is restricted so each account can read and change only its own records. Connections are encrypted in transit. Anyone with access to your email account or to a browser where you are signed in may be able to reach your plans, so sign out on shared devices. No system guarantees absolute security.
The operator does not sell or rent information or share it for advertising. Apart from the hosting, database and authentication providers described above, there are no built-in external processing providers. Information may be disclosed where legally required or necessary to address security incidents or protect legal rights.
7. Choices and requests
See Data deletion for how to delete your plans or your account. Contact info@creativelylivy.com for access, correction, deletion or other rights available under applicable law. Requests are handled within applicable legal time limits, with proportionate verification. Do not send passwords or tokens. You may contact your relevant privacy regulator where that right applies.
8. Children and changes
The App is intended for adults and is not offered to children. Changes to this policy will be posted with an updated effective date. Pinterest integration, paid plans or other material changes in data handling will require an updated policy before activation.
